Jai Rajbhandari

Starting from the ordering of the stoves from the Chinese manufacturers, I take care of all the processes till the shipment arrives in Nepal. Since the project is covering most of the hilly regions and outskirts of the Kathmandu Valley, I look for appropriate partner organizations for stove distribution program. Without local involvement it is impossible to cover the whole area. I work with the local community about the model of distribution. We take certain contribution from the locals to give them an ownership by sense of responsibility before giving out the stoves. The raised amount is given back to them for community building. I go out to the villages to evaluate and monitor the usage of stove annually. Since it a humanitarian project, I work with different Nepali and international Rotary Clubs to generate funds for the project. Till now US clubs along with New Zealand clubs are actively working with us. Apart from them, we have different international companies sponsoring our works.

I am a dedicated professional in the field of social business and engineering management. I have more than 26 years of management experience in the field of IT, product development, construction management and human resource management. I Mentor and guide locals and professionals to uplift their skills and share their experiences to keep up with the market trend for the benefit of the human kind.

I am always ready to work and make the technology suitable for the improvement of the business sector and coordinating between different stakeholders. Team building is my forte. I am most comfortable in working at both grass-root levels as well as to specialized groups and entrepreneurs to improvise the technical, social and eco conditions at workplace.
