40,000 People – that’s how many the Himalayan Stove Project has impacted

We started mass deliveries of our fuel efficient, low polluting family domestic stoves in spring of 2012. We’ve distributed over 4,100 so far. In addition we’ve placed almost 50 institutional model stoves in areas ravaged by the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, and have raised and deployed over $100,000 in Earthquake Relief Aid in 2015 – shelters, blankets, solar power systems, school supplies, water purification systems and much more.

When we do the math (best guesses, of course) we’ve transformed and impacted the lives of more than 40,000 people.

How much is “more than 40,000 people”?

It would be a sell-out crowd at the Houston Astros Stadium (Minute Maid Park).
